Pulitzer Center and YouTube launch Project:Report

We at the Pulitzer Center are very excited to announce the launch of Project:Report, the video-reporting contest for aspiring journalists that we're sponsoring with YouTube and Sony/intel. This represents a tremendous commitment by YouTube to encourage quality reporting on that very popular site.
This is a three-stage contest for aspiring journalists to share their untold stories with the world. The winner will receive a $10,000 grant for traveling abroad and the opportunity to work with the Pulitzer Center. The 10 semi-finalists will receive high-end video equipment and laptops from Sony and will be featured on the YouTube homepage; they will also be given the opportunity to attend a three-day seminar organized by Pulitzer.
