Calling any Graphic Designers
We have an immediate need for someone with some graphics talents to do some relatively easy logo work. We are going to be making minor modifications to the existing logo, and creating several different formats for a future project.
You need to be able to use Illustrator or Freehand, otherwise it's a pretty simple project. If you want to help, please email me at lance@mainecoastdesign.com.
MBA Web Site Development Work Plan - Status Report
Over the past six months, we've been hard work taking the MBA web site through the first few phases of the Work Plan and are now taking a brief pause to collect ourselves and prepare for the coming phases.
Between the summer of 2006 and the end of January we completed the following:

MBA Technology Committee - We Need You!
As noted here, the MBA's new site is built using Drupal, an open-source php/mySql content managment system. Our accounting system is built using the PayPal API. We make heavy use of RSS and aggregators. The site has not been "prettified" but the plan is for enhanced design elemments and graphics.
If you have expertise in web development, site design, web hosting or any other IT skill, we would like you to become part of the MBA's Tech Committee. Specific areas of interest are expertise with Drupal, mysql, graphic design.
Instructions for creating a category-specific feed

In order to aggregate MBA Edited Feeds, it is necessary to first have member bloggers create category-specific feeds. In the case of the Frontline News Wars discussion feed, this category should be named MBAFrontlineNewswar.
